product policy
when you purchase a product from the orbit shop, you are purchasing a copy of the original product, meaning you do not own that product as you have not made it, you have an authorised copy of the product. all orbit shop products and meshes belong to orbit shop and if the terms below are broken we can choose to take action against you and anyone else who has illegally obtained orbit shop assets.

we ask that you do not distribute contents of any products to anyone who has not purchased any orbit shop assets or products through our shop.

please do not make a team create experience with any of our assets in as people may steal them for their own creations.

please do not re-sell any of the assets, they have been handcrafted by the orbit shop team, we also ask that you do not attempt to remake any of our products.

if these rules are broken, meshes will be archived, you'll be banned from any future e-commerce with orbit shop, and you'll be declined a refund.

alternatively we can choose to file a dmca clause against you and anyone who has stolen contents from the orbit shop & orbit live on roblox respectively.
what we do with your information
when you purchase a product through the orbit shop, it will ask you for certain things like an email address, a billing address, and other normal information you'd input into an online store.
any information you put into the orbit shop is strictly confidential and we do not store your banking information. if you are nervous about this, please consult our customer support team, using the available support information down below.
refund policy
any purchase through orbitshop.co.uk, our ko-fi store, or our ROBLOX hub has a strict NO REFUND policy.
refunds are not given under any circumstance, so please keep that considered when you purchase a product through us.
if a product is broken, or is no longer supported by the orbit shop or the various products we use to create said products, we will fix the file and it will automatically be sent to you.
if we open commissions in the near future the same applies to our no refund policy. the orbit shop withholds the right to refuse a commission for any given reason.
